  • Contact Form: When you fill out the form on this site, I receive your Name, Email address, Company name, and your Message.
  • Collaboration: If we start a project, I collect billing details (Address, VAT number) for invoicing.
  • Analytics: This website uses anonymous analytics to monitor performance. No personally identifiable IP addresses are stored for advertising purposes.

3. Why do I need this data?

  • Communication: To reply to your partnership inquiries or project requests.
  • Contract Execution: To create quotes, draft contracts, and send invoices.
  • Legal Obligation: To comply with Belgian tax and accounting laws.

4. Who do I share your data with (Tech Stack)

I never sell your data. I only share it with the specific tools required to run my business. All these third-party providers are GDPR-compliant.

  • Webflow & Framer: For hosting this website and processing forms.
  • Trello / Linear / Slack: If we collaborate, your name and project details are processed here for project management.
  • Accounting Software: For processing invoices and tax returns.

5. How long do I keep your data?

  • General Inquiries: Up to 2 years after our last contact, unless we enter into a partnership.
  • Client Data: Invoicing and contract data are kept for 7 years to comply with Belgian accounting obligations.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

  • Request correction or deletion of your data.
