3. Why do I need this data?

- Contract Execution: To create quotes, draft contracts, and send invoices.

4. Who do I share your data with (Tech Stack)
I never sell your data. I only share it with the specific tools required to run my business. All these third-party providers are GDPR-compliant.
- Webflow & Framer: For hosting this website and processing forms.
- Trello / Linear / Slack: If we collaborate, your name and project details are processed here for project management.
- Accounting Software: For processing invoices and tax returns.
5. How long do I keep your data?
- General Inquiries: Up to 2 years after our last contact, unless we enter into a partnership.
- Client Data: Invoicing and contract data are kept for 7 years to comply with Belgian accounting obligations.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
